1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Client" or "Participant") and BrightResourceZone, located at 27 Elm Road, London, N1 9BH, United Kingdom. Our turnkey bicycle tour services include route planning, accommodation arrangements, bicycle rentals, guided tours, and related cycling tourism services.

By accessing our website, making a booking inquiry, or participating in any of our bicycle tours, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

2. Booking and Reservations

2.1 Booking Process

All tour bookings must be made through our official channels. To secure your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 45 days before the tour departure date.

2.2 Confirmation

Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send a booking confirmation to your registered email address. This confirmation will include tour details, itinerary, payment schedule, and other relevant information. Please review this information carefully and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.

2.3 Pricing

All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Prices include services explicitly mentioned in the tour package description. Additional costs such as personal expenses, travel insurance, optional activities, and items of a personal nature are not included unless specifically stated.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Client

• More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus 15% administrative fee
• 45-60 days before departure: 50% refund of total tour cost
• 30-44 days before departure: 25% refund of total tour cost
• Less than 30 days before departure: No refund available

3.2 Cancellation by BrightResourceZone

We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient bookings, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative tour of equal value.

4. Participant Requirements and Responsibilities

4.1 Fitness and Health

Participants must possess adequate fitness levels appropriate for their chosen tour. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure they are medically fit to undertake cycling activities. We recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before booking if you have any health concerns.

4.2 Age Requirements

Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Certain tours may have specific age restrictions, which will be clearly indicated in the tour description.

4.3 Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, personal liability, and bicycle-related incidents. BrightResourceZone is not liable for any costs arising from lack of adequate insurance coverage.

5. Liability and Safety

While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure participant safety, cycling activities involve inherent risks. Participants engage in all tour activities at their own risk. BrightResourceZone, its employees, and partners shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity arising during the tour, except where caused by our negligence.

Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by tour guides, wear appropriate safety equipment (including helmets), and comply with local traffic laws and regulations.

6. Equipment and Bicycles

Bicycles and safety equipment are provided as part of our turnkey service. Participants are responsible for any damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear. A security deposit may be required for bicycle rentals, which will be refunded upon return of the equipment in satisfactory condition.

7. Changes to Itinerary

BrightResourceZone reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather conditions, road closures, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to provide comparable alternatives, but no compensation will be provided for such necessary changes.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your information will be used solely for booking administration, tour delivery, and communication regarding our services. We do not share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to fulfill our service obligations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and tour descriptions, is the property of BrightResourceZone and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
